Institutional wellbeing, in accordance with the aims of the EIA, has a fundamental role as support and complement to the academic and work performance of the people that constitute the university community.
One of the areas is human development, and it includes different activities:
1. Counseling and psichologycal health
It contributes to the appropriate development of learning processes and the strengthening of the quality of life, by opening spaces for meeting, reflection and personal and collective construction, where the different needs and interests of the educational community are considered.
2. Academic Training
Cycle of workshops to enhance learning and academic success.
3. Training for self esteem and social links
Through a series of encounters, it aims to develop practical skills in emotional intelligence, neurolinguistic programming, relaxation and meditation techniques, and goal-structuring.
