International Conference "Sustainability through Tradition"

Herzegovina University hosted the International Conference “Sustainability through Tradition” in Bijakovići, Međugorje in Bosnia and Herzegovina bringing together academics, researchers, students, practitioners, and policymakers to exchange knowledge and ideas on how tradition can serve as a partner in building a sustainable future. Organized within the GROWTH project in collaboration with Biotechnical Education Center Ljubljana (Slovenia) and Aspira University of Applied Sciences (Croatia), the event explored the role of traditional practices, cultural heritage, and intergenerational knowledge transfer in achieving sustainable development and took place on 31 January 2025.
