The State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan is a university located in Turkmenistan and established in 1997. The main areas of education at the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan are: electrical and thermal power engineering; mechanical engineering; economics and Management; electronics, radio engineering and communication systems; Information Security; control in technical systems. Training of bachelors is carried out in the field of information and measuring equipment and technologies, electric power industry and electrical engineering, infocommunication technologies and communication systems, information security management.

Sustainability & Sustainable Development

In pursuit of sustainable development, the State Energy of Institute has launched its renewable energy research center. The diverse research functions of this center include technologies of photoelectric conversions (PV), concentrated solar power (CSP) and solar technology, wind power, biomass processing, and energy design.
