About
Founded in 2008, National Law University (NLU Delhi) is committed to evolving and imparting comprehensive, interdisciplinary legal education that is socially relevant, promoting ethical values and the rule of law in line with the Constitution of India. With an enrolment of approximately 724 students and a faculty of around 174, the university offers undergraduate (integrated B.A. LL.B. (Hons.)), postgraduate (LL.M.), doctoral and certificate programmes across areas such as constitutional law, corporate law, taxation, intellectual property and human rights. Key research strengths include law and technology, urban development and governance, banking and financial regulation, criminal justice reform and environmental regulation, supported by 24 research centres. The modern Dwarka campus features smart-classrooms, moot court halls, a rich legal library and separate residential hostels, and the university engages in global partnerships and exchange programmes with leading institutions to strengthen international legal scholarship.
