Campus Sustainability Projects Competition
Misr University for Science and Technology (MUST), through its Community Service and Environmental Development Sector and the Marketing Department, launched the Campus Sustainability Projects Competition to foster environmental innovation and promote sustainable solutions on campus. A total of nine student projects from diverse colleges — including engineering, medicine, dentistry, business, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical sciences — were presented, tackling issues such as waste management, recycling, eco-friendly materials, oral health sustainability, and pollution remediation.
The projects were evaluated by a distinguished jury of university leaders and sustainability experts, who praised the students’ creativity and practical approaches to environmental challenges. The winning project will be announced on Environmental Day, May 7, 2025, highlighting the university’s commitment to empowering students as key drivers of sustainability.
