Energy Transition Education Network (ETEN)

Launched on 10 November 2022 at COP27, the Energy Transition Education Network (ETEN) is a global cooperation platform coordinated by the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) with support from the Government of the United Arab Emirates. The network brings together educators, educational institutions, industry, governments, intergovernmental organizations and other stakeholders to accelerate education and skills development for the renewable energy transition. ETEN supports the preparation of future energy professionals, the reskilling and upskilling of current workers, and public awareness by sharing best practices, guiding curricula, empowering educators, and addressing global skills gaps.
