Carbon Footprint Reporting

In 2018, the University of Padua collaborated with the Department of Industrial Engineering Center for Environmental Quality Studies to prepare annual greenhouse gas emisison (GHG) reports. The report aims to quantify the environmental impact of the university, evaluate actions taken to reduce GHG emissions from the unviersity, and guide their strategy. 

The report is in line with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the Guidelines for Sustainable Development set by the Italian University Network for Sustainable Development (RUS), and the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).
