Applications welcome: 12th UNESCO Youth Leadership Workshop on GCED

UNESCO Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Education for Peace and Sustainable Development (MGIEP) in partnership with the GCED Youth Network invite applications to the 12th Youth Leadership Workshop on GCED with the heme: “Translating Peace into Practice: Leveraging Media and the Arts."

Through lectures, study visits, group work, and discussions, the workshop aims to empower young leaders from across the globe to drive meaningful change. The workshop will center around advancing peace in a changing world, and explore how youth can engage with media and art to contribute to actions for peace and human rights. Expected outcomes include strengthening participants leadership and collaboratve abilities, analytical and critical thinking, enhancing media and information literacy, and exploring how to harness creativity as a tool for advocacy.
