International Conference on Renewable Energy, Climate Change and Restoration of Ecosystems (ICRECC)

Moi University, in collaboration with the County Government of Uasin Gishu, will host the International Conference on Renewable Energy, Climate Change and Restoration of Ecosystems (ICRECC) from 22–25 April 2025 at Eka Hotel in Eldoret, Kenya.

Held under the theme “Towards the Sustainability of our Ecosystems,” the conference will provide a platform for researchers, policymakers, practitioners, and students to exchange knowledge and ideas on some of today’s most pressing environmental issues. Key topics include ecosystem restoration, renewable energy, biodiversity and natural resource management, pollution and waste management, sustainable city technologies, and emerging technologies to adapt to and mitigate the effects of climate change.

ICRECC 2025 aims to spark dialogue, inspire innovation, and strengthen collaboration across disciplines to support resilient, sustainable ecosystems in Kenya and beyond.
