General SDGs Data & Tracking Tools
- UNESCO Institute for Statistics: SDG 4 Data platform and reports.
- UN Water SDG 6 Data Portal: The UN-Water SDG 6 Data Portal brings all the United Nations’ water and sanitation information into one place.
- Our World in Data SDG Tracker: This free, open-access information tracks global progress towards the SDGs using official statistics from UN and other international organizations.
- The SDG Transformation Center: Formerly SDG Index by SDSN, provides science-based tools and analytics for SDG pathways, policies and financing.
- SDG Atlas: The World Bank SDG Atlas presents interactive storytelling and data visualizations by SDG and country.
HE-specific SDG Tools
- SET4HEI Self-Assessment Tool: The Sustainability Evaluation Tool for Higher Education Institutions (SET4HEI) is a free, online and open resource created by UNESCO IESALC. It allows higher education institutions to map their current and potential future contributions to the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
- SDG Impact Assessment tool (created by SDSN Northern Europe/Chalmers/GU)
