ERUA Science Cafe

The ERUA community invites students, researchers, policymakers, youth representatives, and local stakeholders to an engaging online dialogue on empowering young people as leaders of sustainability. This event will explore how universities, communities, and international partners can better support youth engagement, green skills development, intercultural collaboration, and well-being, while addressing urgent global challenges such as climate change, biodiversity loss, and social justice.

By bringing together diverse voices, this Science Café seeks to highlight solutions and co-create pathways for embedding sustainability into education, daily practice, and long-term societal transformation.

Register now for the 3rd Science Café: “Student and Youth Engagement in Sustainability: Challenges and Solutions” on Thursday, September 18, 2025, from 15:00 to 17:00 CEST!

IAU Senior Programme Officer Isabel Toman will join other experts on the panel and present examples of good practice.
