One Ocean Expedition

The official launch of the One Ocean expedition on 20 August 2020 emphasized the need to educate future leaders in sustainable ocean management. In the context of the One Ocean expedition, the University of Bergen played a key role. The expedition allowed researchers and students to study the ocean and bring together education, research and innovation which are paramount for creating a sustainable ocean.
