10 Principles to Guide EiEPC Financing Approaches

The 10 Principles to Guide Education in Emergencies and Protracted Crises (EiEPC) Financing Approaches is a new civil society brief endorsed by the Global Student Forum and 28 other education partners. Co-developed by the Inter-agency Network for Education in Emergencies (INEE) and other civil society actors, the brief offers clear recommendations for multilateral and bilateral donors to improve the consistency, coherence, and sustainability of financing in crisis-affected education settings.
With millions of students facing educational disruption due to conflict, displacement, and emergencies, the brief calls for financing systems that are equitable, responsive, and student-centered, aiming to ensure all learners can access quality education even in times of crisis.
