Innovative Education towards Sustainable Food Systems

The course (Innovative education towards sustainable food systems) was established and performed in collaboration between 8 different EU universities, and consisted of an E-learning component with online video lectures, discussion forums, theoretical exercises and quizzes, as well as an on-site intensive summer course with lectures, group work, presentations, field trips, excursions etc. The 2 weeks summer course was held in Kiry in the Tatra Mountains and Warsaw, WULS, respectively.
