Sustainable University Day 2026

On 1 September 2026, Sustainable University Day 2026 will take place at Kulturpark Zurich as a key networking event for Swiss higher education stakeholders working to strengthen sustainability across universities. Hosted by the Zurich Knowledge Center for Sustainable Development (ZKSD) and WWF Switzerland, the event brings together students, teachers, researchers, university staff and sustainability practitioners. The 2026 edition focuses on transfer and cooperation projects between universities and practice partners, with discussions on sustainable business travel, green labs, climate neutrality, reporting and whole-institution approaches to sustainability transformation.
