TPSA (Training on Professional Studies for Administrative Services)

The TPSA has been designed in the Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU) as an essential level qualification for administrative services. 

It aims at providing a professional training for administrative staff within an introduction to both knowledge and skills needed to support teaching and student learning at the XJTLU. 

It is a key part of the University’s strategy for enhancing the quality of administrative services.  It is an opportunity to learn about administration at the XJTLU, gain ideas and skills on approaches to learning, supporting, developing, evaluating and getting to know other staff members. All administrative staff are required to complete the TPSA and write essays about the training.
