UNODC Report on Corruption and Gender

This UNODC report titled "THE TIME IS NOW: ADDRESSING THE GENDER DIMENSIONS OF CORRUPTION" explores the connection between gender and corruption. It includes policy analysis, case studies and contributions from partners around the world. Some of the questions addressed in this report include:

  • Are women any less corrupt than men?
  • What is the relationship between gender and corruption?
  • How do gender aspects influence and shape cultures across the world?
  • What is the impact of women in leadership roles?

The publication was produced by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC). It
was developed with generous funding from Germany, Sweden, and the United Kingdom of Great
Britain and Northern Ireland.
