Advancing Frontiers in Earth Sciences: Innovations, Challenges, and Future Perspectives
The International Conference on Advancing Frontiers in Earth Sciences was held on 21 - 22 September 2025 at the School of Earth Sciences at Banasthali University in Rajasthan. With participation from over 250 delegates worldwide, the event brought together scientists, researchers, academicians, and policymakers to discuss key environmental and Earth science issues.
The program included one keynote address, four plenary sessions, one panel discussion, and 15 expert lectures, fostering interdisciplinary dialogue on topics such as climate change, urbanization, disaster resilience, water management, land-use planning, and biodiversity conservation. The discussions emphasized innovative and sustainable solutions, integrating insights from geospatial technology, hydrology, geology, and policy studies.

Founded in 2013, the School of Earth Sciences at Banasthali University offers programs in Geography, Remote Sensing, Geology, and Environmental Science, supported by modern field and lab facilities. Through its undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs, the School promotes multidisciplinary research and prepares students to address global environmental challenges.
