Gender Policy Training Program

Recognizing the importance of equality and equity in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), there is a growing need to implement gender policies that directly influence decision-making and promote inclusivity. To do so, the Space of Women Leaders from Higher Education Institutions in the Americas (EMULIES network) was created in 2011 within the framework of the Inter-American Organization for Higher Education (IOHE), as a space of reflection and exchange, formed by leaders of higher education institutions (HEIs). 

In this context, IOHE offers online course from 4 March to 30 April 2024. New dates for inscriptions for upcoming courses will be announced soon on the website. The Gender Policy Training program aims to develop students' competencies and skills to analyze and design strategies to promote inclusion and equal opportunities between men and women in Higher Education Institutions throughout the Americas.
