Klaipéda University joins the National Lithuanian Energy Association

Klaipéda University (KU) joined National Lithuanian Energy Asosciation (NLEA) in June 2024, amidst the country's rapid digitalization of their power system. The university is active on the subjects of energy efficiency, decarbonization, and digitalization. The NLEA for its part strives to improve the supply of energy to their consumers as well as foster economic and technical progress of the energy economy. 

KU's joining the association means the improved representation of western Lithuania, a stronger exchange between the private sector and academia, and higher chances of innovating the green energy labor market.
