Launch of the “Network for Career Development in the Economic Field” Project

On 19 September 2018, Andrei Șaguna University of Constanța, in partnership with the Institute for Human Resources Development, launched the project “Network for Career Development in the Economic Field”. The initiative was co-financed by the European Union through the Human Capital Operational Programme and targeted labour market integration.

The project aimed to strengthen the employability of students from the Faculty of Economic Sciences by facilitating their transition from higher education to the labor market. Key actions included creating a network of practice partners (potential employers), organizing internships with professional mentors, and developing skills in using industry-specific tools, applications, and job interview preparation.

The project ran from July 2018 to January 2020 and positively impacted students by improving graduate employability, lifelong learning, and enhancing the quality of education through innovative and practical learning approaches.
