Resources to help schools prepare, respond and recover from El Niño

The El Niño Education Hub brings together a curated collection of free, high-quality tools for ministries of education, school leaders and teachers facing El Niño’s shifting climate risks, from flooding and drought to extreme heat and cyclones. Every resource is aligned with the Comprehensive School Safety Framework (CSSF 2022-2030).

The hub was created by the Global Alliance for Disaster Risk Reduction and Resilience in the Education Sector (GADRRRES) and the Inter-agency Network for Education in Emergencies (INEE) to gather and disseminate essential information, data and practical tools to guide preparedness, needs assessment, emergency response and recovery planning for education systems affected by El Niño.
