Cambridge Environmental Sustainability Vision

The Cambridge University environmental sustainability policy, shows how the environmental sustainability vision aligns with the University mission and one of its core values.

It contains four underpinning principles and three priority areas, and conveys the University’s key environmental sustainability impacts and the supporting approaches available to manage these impacts. In order to deliver its policy aspirations, the University will need to implement its multi-step Environmental Sustainability Strategy.

An Environmental Sustainability Strategy Committee provides strategic oversight of the University’s commitment to environmental sustainability embodied in its Environmental Sustainability Policy and Strategy.

The progress towards the targets will be reported annually. These reports will be available on the website.
