GREEN UMA Fortnight
Between 13 to 25 April, 2026, Université de La Manouba (University of Manouba) launches the first edition of the GREEN UMA Fortnight. The initiative is led by the UNESCO Chair on Higher Education for Sustainable Development in Africa and supported by BNA - Banque Nationale Agricole.
Lasting for two weeks, the event brings together students, faculty, researchers, and partners to promote youth-led sustainability. During the fortnight, more than 30 activities will be hosted with the objectives to raise awareness, facilitate civic engagement, and facilitate innovation in support of sustainable development. By involving students, the GREEN UMA Fortnight strenghtens youth engagement to accelerate the 2030 Agenda.
