Sustainability Action Plan 2022-2027, University of Regina

The University of Regina has published the Sustainability Action Plan 2022-2027 which has nine areas of focus: Leadership, Engagement and Communication, Climate Action, Education, Research, Energy, Land Use, Transportation and Waste. 

The plan includes various sustainability and climate action measures. Equity, diversity and inclusion and reconciliation are core principles which were prioritized throughout the planning and development of the Sustainability Action Plan. 

Some of the most important themes mentioned are building capacity, the integration of sustainability in teaching and operations and the enhancement of engagement in a way that includes all people.
