University of Regina Strategic Plan

The University of Regina has published a new strategic plan, ''Together, We Serve'', which sets a clear direction for the decade ahead through a shared vision and five interconnected strategic priorities. Designed to align learning, research, community engagement, reconciliation, and innovation, the plan was shaped by extensive consultation with faculty, staff, students, alumni, Indigenous communities, and external partners.

Building on the University's strengths as a comprehensive, research-intensive institution, the strategy aims to guide decision-making, strengthen long-term sustainability, advance reconciliation, enhance academic and research excellence, and ensure the University remains responsive to a changing world. Progress will be monitored to reinforce transparency and accountability.

The plan is centred on five strategic prioritie: Together, We Learn; Together, We Discover; Together, We Build; Together, We Put Things Right; and Together, We Innovate, which together reflect the University's commitment to education, research, community partnerships, and inclusive, sustainable development.
