Book Launch - IAU Manager Contributing Author
The IAU is pleased to announce the launch of the Routledge book ‘’New Conversations on Global Citizenship Education: Plural Voices, Ethical Commitments, and Emerging Futures’’ on Wednesday, 22 July. The book, edited by Emiliano Bosio, features a chapter by Giorgio Marninoni, IAU Manager for Higher Education and Internationalization, which discusses and connects Giorgio’s personal and professional experiences of Global Citizenship Education, Internationalization, and the IAU.
To mark the launch, Emiliano Bosio invites to a global author conversation brings together leading scholars and practitioners – including Betty Leask, Patrick Paul Walsh, Giorgio Marinoni, Savo Heleta, Elisa Guerra, Linda Hartling, Evelin Lindner, Paul R. Carr, Gina Thésée and Emiliano Bosio (Book Editor) to explore how Global Citizenship Education can cultivate ethical values, foster social justice, democracy, sustainability, dignity, inclusion, and equity, and promote critical and transformative pedagogies in an interconnected yet unequal Planet.
