Greening with STI Bootcamp Culminates in Virtual Global Road Shows

UNESCO IESALC and the United Nations Office for South-South Cooperation (UNOSSC) will host a series of Virtual Global Road Shows on 5 June 2025 to highlight innovative climate solutions developed by students from across the Global South. These solutions are the outcome of the 16-week Greening with Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) Bootcamp, part of the pilot South-South University Cooperation Network (SUCN).

The Bootcamp engaged 225 students from 10 universities, supported by coaches and experts, to co-create multidisciplinary STI prototypes aligned with SDG 13 and related goals. The Road Shows will spotlight these working solutions, foster international collaboration, and support the scaling of youth-led sustainability innovations worldwide.
