Sustainability Audits at ISBM University
ISBM University (India) successfully completed a series of sustainability audits from 5th to 8th July 2022, highlighting its commitment to an eco-friendly and sustainable campus. The Green Campus Audit assessed the planning and implementation of green initiatives, ensuring an environmentally friendly atmosphere for all stakeholders and found the initiatives to be excellent. The Energy Audit evaluated electrical energy conservation measures, energy-saving strategies, and overall compliance with applicable regulations and standards, with results rated good. Similarly, the Environment Audit reviewed eco-friendly initiatives to maintain a sustainable campus environment and was also rated good. These accomplishments reflect the university’s alignment with the UN's SDGs, particularly SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy), SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), and SDG 13 (Climate Action).
