Women Development - American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB)

American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) is a vibrant and distinct learning community for women to enable them to respond to challenges, to confront their traditional role and change their life. AIUB provides the ambience to women where they receive the education which is the master key to unlock the door where women suffer from discrimination, inequality, lack of access to good job and lack of advancement. AIUB Management has always collaborated many strategies empowering women where women have equal opportunities and feel content to work free of any sort of harassment and discrimination. 

In this sense, multiple initiative has been undertaken toward women's empowerment and gender equality for all women (both academic and administrative) of AIUB.
