TEACH4SD Project

Transforming Education Area and Competency Hub for Sustainable Development (TEACH4SD) is a project supported by the Erasmus+ programme Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs), dedicated to leading the development of Education for Sustainable (ESD) practices. The project will run for four years, ending on 14 June 2027. 

The project consists of five CoVEs, each responding to the needs and challenges of five sectors that form the backbone of the European labour market: health, trade, entrepreneurship, clothing & textiles, and construction. These five centers are housed at the following locations:

  1. VIA University College, Denmark: Centre of Vocational Excellence within ESD of Healthcare
  2. Odisee University of Applied Sciences, Belgium: Centre of Vocational Excellence within ESD of Trade
  3. ELISAVA (Central University of Cataluña VIC), Spain: Centre of Vocational Excellence within ESD of Fashion & Textiles
  4. Saxion University, the Netherlands: Centre of Vocational Excellence within ESD of Entrepreneurship
  5. Georghe Asachi Technical University of Iasi (TUIASI), Romania: Centre of Vocational Excellence within ESD of Construction
